These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the IBS Tracker companion web app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service does

The Service helps you connect a Notion workspace (via Notion OAuth) and may generate insights and reports from your meal/symptom tracking data.

The Service is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional regarding any medical condition.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Notion.
• You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and Notion’s terms/policies.
• You should not upload or process data you do not have the right to share.

Notion connection and access

When you connect Notion, you authorize the Service to access content in the workspace you select, as permitted by Notion and the integration’s granted scopes. You can disconnect within the Service and/or revoke access in Notion.

AI-generated output

Some features may use AI models accessed via OpenRouter. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belletty Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Maharashtra, India (without regard to conflict of law principles).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do.
